This policy applies to the oxarus.com website operated by OXARUS YAZILIM A.Ş. (“Oxarus”, “we”) and to the forms on the site.
The statutory notice on the processing of personal data is our PDPL Privacy Notice, prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (PDPL). Please read this policy together with that notice.
Data we process on behalf of our clients in the systems we build for them is not covered by this policy. That data is governed by the relevant contract and by our clients' own privacy notices.

- Name, email, optional company name, the unit and scope you select, project stage, timing and budget range, and your message.
- Quick message form
- Name, email, the topic you pick and your message.
- L.I.T. early access form
- Name, email and the modules you are most interested in.
- Job application form
- Name, email, the role you apply for, the links you share, your short note and your CV as a PDF.
- Email and phone
- The contact details you share when you write to us or call us, and the content of that correspondence.
Information created automatically
When you visit the site, server logs record technical details such as your IP address, browser and device information, the time of access and the page requested.
When you send a form, the page it was sent from and the site language are sent along with your message.
To prevent abuse, form submissions are rate limited by IP address.
Your language preference and your cookie choice are each kept in a cookie; a project brief draft is kept only in your open browser tab.
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you move through the site, your device and browser type and your approximate location through cookies.

We do not add form details to marketing lists, and we do not send you promotional messages without your consent. Your messages and applications are reviewed by our team; we use no system that makes automated decisions about people.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss and misuse:
The connection between the site and your browser is encrypted.
Form submissions are validated on the server, with rate limits and automated submission filters.
CVs are accepted only as PDF files within a size limit; the file type and name are checked.
Applications and messages are accessed only by the employees who need to review them.
We choose our service providers with their security and confidentiality obligations in mind.
No transmission over the internet is completely free of risk. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your personal data, we notify the Personal Data Protection Board and, where required, you, as the law provides. Our PDPL Privacy Notice sets out the measures and the notification process in detail.
Links to other sites
Our site links to our social media accounts, client projects and other websites. We do not control the privacy practices of those sites, so we recommend reading their own policies when you visit them.
Children's privacy
Our site and forms are not designed for people under 18. If you are under 18, please do not send us information through our forms. If we learn that a child's information has been sent to us, we delete it.
Your rights
Your rights, such as accessing your personal data, asking for it to be corrected or deleted and withdrawing your consent, and how to exercise them are explained in detail in our PDPL Privacy Notice.
