The oxarus.com website (the “site”) is operated by OXARUS YAZILIM A.Ş. (“Oxarus”, “we”). These terms apply to everyone who visits and uses the site.

Project, service and employment contracts made with Oxarus are separate from these terms. If a contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.

You agree to use the site lawfully and in line with these terms. In particular, you must not:

Machine-readable versions of the site (Markdown documents, llms.txt and agent interfaces) are published for search engines and AI assistants. Software that sends requests through these interfaces must do so only with the approval of the person concerned and within the rate limits.

The text, designs, logos, images, interface examples and software code on the site belong to Oxarus or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. The names and logos of Oxarus, Oxarus Hub, Oxarus Studio, Oxarus Quant, Oxarus Agent AI and L.I.T. may not be used without written permission.

Client names, logos and project images on the showcase page belong to the clients concerned and are shown only to present our work.

You may quote short passages from the site as long as you credit the source and do not change their meaning. Any other use requires our written permission.

We use interface examples, demo screens, sample reports and interactive animations to explain our services. Screens marked “Representative”, and the brand names, people's names, figures and results in them, are illustrative; they do not depict a real client, person or achieved result.

Scope, timelines and pricing are set for each project in a separate proposal and contract. Descriptions on the site are not an offer.

The research, L.I.T. screens, robot examples and other market content on the Oxarus Quant pages are for information and for presenting our services only. They are not investment advisory services, investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Investment advisory services are provided under an investment advisory agreement signed with authorized institutions. The information on the site may not suit your financial situation or preferences, and you should not make investment decisions based on it alone.

Trading leveraged products and other markets carries high risk, including the risk of losing the entire amount you invest. In our custom robot development service, the client defines the trading rules; Oxarus turns those rules into code and makes no commitment about how the robot performs in the market.

Oxarus trades in the markets with its own capital. This activity is not a service offered to third parties, and the site does not share information about its outcomes.

We take care to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that the content is complete, error-free or always current. We may change the site's content, the services offered and these terms without prior notice.

We do not promise uninterrupted access to the site. It may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates or technical problems.

The site may link to websites and social media accounts that belong to third parties. We have no control over their content, security or privacy practices and are not responsible for them.

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oxarus is not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of or inability to use the site, from decisions made based on information on the site, or from third-party websites.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused by intent or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you send through the forms and for having the right to share any information that belongs to someone else.

Sending a form does not create a contract between you and Oxarus. Project and employment relationships are established by separate written contracts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.

Users acting as consumers keep their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
