- Is a custom store right for me, or a hosted platform?
If you're just starting out with a small catalog, a hosted platform may make more sense, and we'll tell you so. If sales are growing, you have custom business rules, or monthly costs are starting to hurt, a custom build is cheaper and more flexible in the long run.
- Will I be able to manage the store myself?
Yes. You manage products, prices, campaigns, orders and content pages from a dashboard that requires no technical knowledge. We train your team before launch.
- Will my sales stop during migration?
No. Your current store keeps selling until the new one is ready and tested. We switch over at your lowest-traffic hour.
- Will I lose my Google rankings?
We redirect every old product and category URL to its new address, and titles and descriptions come across too. The goal is for your rankings to be unaffected by the switch.
- Which payment and shipping providers do you work with?
For payments we often work with iyzico and PayTR; for shipping, Yurtiçi, Aras and MNG. If you have a contract with another provider, we can connect that too.
- How does stock stay in sync with Trendyol and Hepsiburada?
Stock and pricing are managed in one place. When a product sells on one channel, its stock drops everywhere else, so you never sell what you don't have.
- What happens after launch?
We watch the first weeks closely. After that, we can continue with monthly maintenance and development if you'd like; if not, the code is already yours.
