This page explains which cookies and browser storage our website uses, what they do and how you can manage them.

WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files that a website you visit saves in your browser. Browser session storage (sessionStorage) and local storage (localStorage) also let websites keep information on your device.
In this policy we call all of them “cookies and similar technologies”. The policy applies to the website oxarus.com, which OXARUS YAZILIM A.Ş. operates.
IN SHORT
- The site uses two cookies it needs to work, plus browser storage for a task you start yourself.
- Google Analytics cookies load through Google Tag Manager, and only if you allow analytics in the cookie notice or in Cookie settings.
- If you don't, neither Google Tag Manager nor Google Analytics is loaded, and no data is sent to Google for this purpose.
- No cookies are used for advertising or marketing, and the site has no pixels or embedded social media plugins.
- You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

The language preference cookie holds only the value “tr” or “en” and contains no personal information. It is created when you open the site in a language other than your browser's language setting, or when you switch languages.
The consent cookie holds only your choice, the date you made it and a format version, and contains no personal information. It is created when you make a choice in the cookie notice or in Cookie settings.
The project brief draft is created only when you use the form, and it stays on your device. When you send the form, your details reach us in the message you send, not through the draft.
The Google Analytics cookies are created through Google Tag Manager, and only when you allow analytics. They are provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, and the usage data collected with them is processed on Google's servers outside Türkiye. When you withdraw your consent, these cookies are deleted from your browser.
TYPES OF COOKIES
- Strictly necessary cookies
Needed for the site's core functions. If you block them the site keeps working, but some preferences are not remembered. The language preference and consent cookies are of this type.
- Functional storage
Makes a task you started easier and is created only during that task. The project brief draft is of this type.
- Analytics and performance cookies
Help us measure how the site is used. The Google Analytics cookies are of this type and are used only with your explicit consent.
- Advertising and marketing cookies
Not used. Advertising permissions stay off even when you allow analytics.
LEGAL GROUND
Because the language preference and consent cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work and to respect your choice, they rely on our legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) of Law No. 6698 and do not require explicit consent.
The Google Analytics cookies and the data collected with them rely on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the Law. The transfer of this data abroad also relies on your explicit consent; our PDPL Privacy Notice has the details.
The project brief draft is kept only in your browser and is not sent to us unless you send the form. How the details you send through the form are processed is explained in our PDPL Privacy Notice.
MANAGING COOKIES
You can change your analytics choice at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw your consent, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted, Google Tag Manager is not loaded again until you allow it, and the page reloads once so the tag stops completely. Your choice is kept for 12 months; after that, the notice asks again.
You can also view, delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings:
- In Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari and other browsers, these settings are in the privacy or site data section.
- On mobile devices, the same settings are in the browser's or the device's privacy settings.
- You can delete the project brief draft by choosing to discard it when you close the form, or by closing the tab.
If you block the language preference cookie, the site keeps working; only your language choice is not remembered on later visits. If you delete the consent cookie, the notice appears again and no analytics cookies are used until you choose.
CHANGES
If the site starts using a new cookie or similar technology, we will update this policy. If we add a new cookie that needs consent, we will ask for your explicit consent again before using it.
